From popular ¼ inch open reel, DAT, CD’s to cassettes or Grooved Discs (like Vinyl or Shellac), to more exotic formats like 2 inch tape recording or BetaMax format studio recording or direct cut disks, we support nearly all formats.
Whether in compressed or non-compressed formats from WAV/BWF, MP3, OGG etc. with or without digital restoration, we convert and process through our automatic workflow to every format and metadata requirement needed.
Whether historic formats like 2inch or 1 inch A-/B-/C-formats or cassette base analogue formats like U-Matic, VHS or BetaCam, or even more modern digital tapes like DVCam, DVCPro, DigiBeta or even HDCam/SR, video formats whether old or new, popular or exotic are generally no problem for us.
We encode and transcode in uncomressed or losseless compression (like JPEG2000 or FFV1) and any production formats.
Everything between 8mm up to 35mm film, we transfer film in SD, HD, 1K, 2K or 4K resolutions and higher for over-scans in various sound configurations.
With a dedicated high capacity IT infrastructure with Petabyte-scale high speed production storage and GBit bandwidth infrastructure, we can process large volume of high resolution film in DPX/TIFF and processes also through for transcoding to production formats like ProRes or DNxHR etc. and grading or digital restoration.
We take tape covers, register cards, documents, photographs, negatives, posters, as well as the audiovisual carriers to image info on them.
With high resolution imaging and advanced workflows, we process 2D imaging and scanning in TIFF/RAW as well as compressed in JPEG or PDF/A and other formats. Information can be extracted with OCR or Human Data operator tagging and conversion to make the documents discoverable.
